These easy tips are cheap and will help raise the value of your property.

Tip 1- re-silicone mouldy shower trays and bathtubs, there is nothing worse then seeing a mouldy bathroom seal and these are a must to sort before selling a house, you will instantly loose value on a property if this is not fixed..

Tip 2- decorate old and tired rooms, a lick of emulsion on the walls and ceilings are a must, they freshen a property up and help with the saleability. A must do to increase property value.

Tip 3- Clear clutter from the house and the gardens, this will instantly make a place look larger and move inviting.

Tip 4- Make sure window are working and units are replaced if broken down- you don't need to replace a whole window frame but if you have misty glass units get these replaced, they will instantly tidy up the outlook and let more light in.

Tip 5 - Check gutters are clear and working, make sure any missing mortar joints or cracked render is filled in and looking solid, make sure fences are all in good order. If these things look off it will instantly de-value a property so really easy fixes and will add tons of value...
